I have been with Cover-More Travel Insurance for my last 4 international travels, it has been easy to do on line. I have never had to claim, so would not know how that side of the Insurance is.

I have always used Cover-More for every trip I've been on. Their website is easy to use, over the phone they are extremely helpful, and I've never ever had any issues if I've needed to make a claim....

whilst i did not have to claim this trip I have claimed before with no hassles. liked the fact I could do it all online and tailor it to suit my needs.

We have always used Cover-More for our OS travels. Easy to understand PDS and easy to purchase on line. The one time we have had to claim they were courteous and very helpful. It’s peace of mind.
