Was several weeks ago but I recall it was a straightforward process with the only exception being when looking to select domestic travel, it defaulted to ‘cruise’

I forgot to include "cruising" as part of holiday. Staff able to fixed it as "add on". Issued amended travel insurance.

Easy to buy a policy online and get special coverage for things like skiing.

My bicycle was damaged in transit while driving a rental car. They mostly covered the repairs- up to the capped value as stated in the policy. It was paid within 2 weeks. Very happy with the cover...

Thankfully I didn’t need to use Covermore on my last trip but past experiences gave me the assurance that they’d be there for me if needed.

They cater for people like me who have a previous medical history (relatively low risk in my case) - as other insurers often do not.
