I rated them four stars as it was very easy to insure with them and their rates are good. I have no idea how they will rate if I have to claim as after 20 overseas trips I have never had a claim.Tim

The service was very quick and great to know that even when small mishaps occur they will look after you.

Because they honoured the agreement when I had to delay flights home because of an emergency operation in New Zealand in 2007.

Taking out cover was quick, easy and reasonably priced. I am 78 and a novice at computers but had no difficulty. I could also choose the basic cover I needed, not all the fancy extras. I'll be back.
