Terrible, didn't cover stays forced because of volcano eruption. Nothing on their current page about this when purchased insurance. Nowhere highlighting this was the case. Very unhelpful.

Good for local but no so good for world traveling.
The service was good when I obtained travel insurance, for trips in south Pacific. However when I tried to obtain world cover, I was denied. This was very disappointing.

Easy and less hassle thanks to the upgrade
Thankfully the online assessment now recognises the correct nature of my pre existing condition without having 3 arguments and two requests for the cmo to be involved.

Easy to navigate website, competitive premiums and previous good experience with handling of a claim by a travelling companion.
