we were told due to having to cancel our trip to norfolk island that our premium would be refunded in a few weeks. To date we have not heard anything from Cover-More .

Unfortunately due to the covid situation my flights were cancelled, i e-mailed cover more to cancell my cover and have not herd back.

I rang & wrote but no answer yet.

It was quick and easy and peace of mind of being covered if something happened.
