When I continually tried to contact covermore to enquire wether I could be covered for losses incurred if the bal8 volcano erupted i got no help both via phone and live chat.

I found Cover-More to be an excellent company to deal with. The product they sell is great value and their policy documents are easily understood. Staff are friendly and very helpful.
