Excellent service

Sent items as a gift. Prompt delivery. Very well packed in bubble wrap. Recipients very appreciative of pate and chutneys boxes. Would recommend ordering from website again.

Damaged goods and poor customer service

Goods were damaged. Sent message and took 2 days to reply asking for photos and that is the last we have heard. Very poor customer service. No apology even. and this was not a small order.

Thank you for your valuable feedback and I apologise that on this occasion you found your experience with us to be disappointing for you.It took a little longer than normal to respond to your initial query due to the volume of emails received on that particular day. We aim to respond to all emails on the day that they are received (excluding Saturday and Sunday) but at the moment the volumes of emails we are experiencing due to the peak shopping period are high and whilst we strive to respond on the day of receipt, it may take a couple of days. An automatic response on our email system has been put in place to update senders to this effect.The images you kindly provided have been passed on to our Quality Assurance and Warehouse departments for investigation.We take great pride in the delivery of products and service to our customers and please rest assured this is not the norm, even in these strange and challenging times we find ourselves in. Many apologies again.

I would love delivery options to be to multiple address if the orders were for orders over a certain price. I would happily order more ideas to be sent straight out to family members. I would give 5...
