took an extra two weeks and three calls to eventually get the right product delivered... However, the contacts were great and worked well to get it to us for the build start date.

Whenever possible we try to deliver from our own stock, however due to the vast range of products required by our customers on occasion we have to use third party suppliers. Unfortunately in this case our supplier let us down and we can only apologise for the inconvenience caused. Took the order and delivered on time. Couldn't ask for more.
The price was the best I could find on the Internet for all the Velux items I needed and included free delivery. I needed a special DUO flashing component which was not available on Condell's website...
