I am very sorry that you feel that way. Unfortunately when we tried to make delivery the first time our driver was unable to find goods in. We did however make numerous attempts to make contact you at the time and failing to do so we left a voice mail for you to contact us, which you did and after you gave us some more specific delivery information we made a successful re-delivery the next day.
