First rate customer service

Account Management is first rate. Whenever I have any handset issues or network/billing problems, one phone call to Cellphone and they take care of everything. I would happily recommend them.

We are always very concerned if a customer is not entirely happy. We were aware of this unusual situation but the personal account manager did everything within her power to assist the customer as we have heard in the voice recordings.
