Very good service! The driver was polite & stacked the bags exactly where I said.

Good prompt service with fuel delivered as requested.

The service was slow to deliver, the delivery date was vague and no delivery time o the delivery date was offered. Realise this is a new project for CPL but it needs to be more customer focused.

Dreadful customer service.Placed order 4 weeks ago and still waiting. Was told of slight delay a couple of days after I ordered but no communication since. I’ve emailed 3 times but have had no reply.

Excellent service, the delivery driver was very helpful, unloading in to our storage unit.

I would recommend COALS2U because the products are good and well priced. I ordered in the peak time (September) so had to wait longer than usual.
