After placing order online I had to contact them three times in order to eventually get my order delivered . Not great when you are waiting for a source of heating. Product was great once delivered

Would have given 5* except for a baffling phone call asking for some sort of endorsement, that was considered part of a scam and curtailed. Return custom more convincing than fawning words .
