Good communication regarding initial enquiries, reasonable prices, easy ordering and free delivery just as scheduled make this an ideal company to deal with.
Despite the order's delivery being delayed, which wasn't such a big deal, we were really impressed by the young man who delivered the load to us. It is quite a distance from the road to our bungalow...
Lovely helpful driver when delivering. Easy website for ordering. Good choice of fuel. Staff always helpful and polite. I have used coals2u for years now and never had reason to query or complain...
