Asked them to deliver down the drive which is rather steep and the stacked it down the drive behind the gates in our garden excellent service and a competitive price 👍
Took over 2 weeks for the delivery, if i had known that would never of ordered, this is the 3rd time the service has been appauling, I will not order anything from you again. Made a complaint...

Thank you for your feedback, I am sorry about the delay due to the high volume in orders we have receive due to energy crisis it has delayed getting deliveries, I will get someone from our customer service team to call you sometime today and we will be able to log the information/complaint.

Quick and efficient and (I am pretty sure) reasonable prices!
Brilliant! Delivery guy was amazing. Asked where I wanted the coal delivered via a phone call when he arrived. Nothing was too much trouble. He sent me a picture of the coal after delivery to confirm.
