Perfect easy delivery. Everything neatly stacked in the right place. We are now enjoying it and will be having another order to see us through winter Thanks.

But I found it difficult to buy more than one product without incurring an extra delivery charge so had to go with only the one product. Also good delivery but no advance notice of which day!

they updated me regularly with progress and delivered the coal when and where I expected it

Definitely recommend them for their quick and efficient service and friendly helpful delivery driver.

It took 5 weeks from the point of taking my money to delivery of the items I ordered. I can understand supply issues but please don’t take people’s money until you can at least give a firm delivery...

The delivery man was so considerate and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. He carried my sacks round to the back of my house for me, that was really appreciated.

It was excellent value for money. Great to have doorstep delivery of 100kg of coal. Burns very well

Sold to me with quick delivery then 2 weeks later find out its still got another week before I get it this has happened twice now won't use them again
