Took over 3 weeks and still no delivery. I called and they couldn’t give a delivery date. So I’ve cancelled and got a refund

Poor delivery, states with in 7 days, 4th week still waiting, contacted them, they said orders taking 4weeks at the moment but still states 5 to 7days on their web site.
