Hi I am sorry to hear that you felt our agent was not helpful. At the moment we are dealing with passengers who have immediate travel plans between now and the 31st of March. We are closely monitoring the situation and are updating customers as quickly as we can. Please keep an eye for emails from the airline and get in touch if you receive anything. Hi Many thanks for your feedback. We can appreciate the stress people are under , unfortunately the uncertainty surrounding the situation extends to ourselves also. We are focused on assisting any passengers with immediate travel plans - up to 14 days from any day. We are constantly monitoring the situation and providing updates as quickly as we can. We advise that you keep an eye on the DFA website for travel updates, if anything changes directly affecting your travel plans please do get back in touch and we will assist as best as we can given the circumstances. The advice regarding travel to Italy is in place until 3rd April, however this is an ever evolving situation and could change at any point.
