Waited a week for the order to come but it was never posted out, I had no notification why and rather than send another they preferred to refund me I ordered it elsewhere and received it within 2 days

The watch is really good and for sure value for money. If it could have a contrast adjustment option for the digital screen it would be ideal. I received the item fast and shielded in its original...
It says the box comes with 2 extra straps, I didn’t receive them at all.
