Many thanks for your feedback, its greatly received albeit a little negative on this occasion but wished to reiterate that this was relating to the instructions and not the Standard Terracotta Chimney Cowl itself, its a great product and I have and will always recommend this to our customers without hesitation. Throughout our 10+ years selling this particular Chimney Cowl we have always prided ourselves on the simplicity of fitting this Chimney Cowl but appreciate in this instance you have experienced a small problem.
