Hi John, Thank you for your feedback. At CHAS, we do appreciate that smaller businesses may not have the same time and resources available to them as larger businesses. We wouldn't like this to prevent anyone from applying. We have application forms specifically for companies with less than 5 employees. We also try to provide as much guidance and support as possible. There are guidance notes available online, and our Customer Service Team are always happy to help if any additional help is required. Thank you for your feedback. With SSIP Deem To Satisfy application, we can only offer accreditation for the same time-scales as your OHSAS accreditation. We have recently changed the process we use for our contractors with OHSAS 18001 accreditation, so that the dates line up better. Hopefully this will make your renewal a better process.
