It’s bad when you keep putting my certificate in a old company name and sending it to a old address when I received it in my new company name & address last year

Very easy process. The first lady I got through to was very abrupt and unhelpful but once I was put through to Paul he was very helpful.

Efficient and very responsive to queries

Online Deemed to Satisfy form is good. But it is annoying that our membership starts not from the expiry of our old certificate but from the date we are assessed.

Thank you so much for discussing your feedback with me. It was lovely to talk with you. I can completely understand why the assessment dates for CHAS not aligning with SMAS would be annoying. We have recently updated our process at CHAS and we are now able to offer you accreditation for exactly the same dates as your SMAS accreditation. I have amended the dates of your latest audit to reflect the dates of your SMAS accreditation, and as I promised, I have emailed a copy of your amended certificate to you.
