I ordered 2 charms for 2 presents and received only one gift bag and package. Maybe check what customers need when buying more than one item?

Hello, when you placed your order you may have noticed a tick box option to opt for more than one gift box (I've copied the wording from the website below). We introduced this after feedback from customers that they were receiving too much packaging. Not to worry, easily done. We'll send out another pouch etc for you today.

Great service and easy to order. I had a voucher and used the discount code. Paid the total sent an email refunded the voucher value the next day.
