Hi, sorry to hear your feedback on this. The small hoops are very slightly thinner than the large hoops, but as they are only 15mm in diameter rather than 25mm everything is slightly scaled down to that everything look in proportion. We rarely have customers getting in touch with problems with the hoops, and find them to be robust. As with everything else we sell, the hoops are 925 sterling silver so this, as well as the workmanship involved in enamelling the stars is reflected in the price.
