I am sorry, but I have to disagree. We sent a new mechanism, then we tried to have an engineer visit to remedy the issue all of which was not good enough. As discussed, we have never had this issue before and were trying to ascertain the best course of action. We then arranged to collect the chair and refunded you in full.
