Please accept our apologies. I have fed this back to our assembly team. I understand our offer of replacing the chair was too much hassle for you and we will make sure this does not occur again.
I had an issue with damage to my desktop caused during transit. I sent images of the damage and the desktop was replaced, the old one taken away with no charge or fuss. I would highly recommend.

Office chair delivered promptly and in good condition. The chair was fairly easy to put together and was as described.
