I'm happy with the seat But I can't get the seat to tilt. Delivery was very slow and it didn't arrived on the day forecast. Thern it required me to phon twice to before it was delivered two days...

hello, many thanks for your review and as discussed apologies again for the delay on this order, glad we've managed to sort out the tilt action.
When putting the chair together it was obvious that the arms had not been properly aligned when the holes were drilled causing a lot of difficulty to attach them

many thanks for the review, as discussed it can be tricky when building these chairs and much easier to gradually screw each arm at the same time, glad its all sorted!!
