Thank you for your review and we are sorry you have had this experience. I can see an email was sent advising we didi not require the two arms back. We have emailed you for a link of where you can find the chair cheaper and if this is the case will be happy to match the price for you.
The chair was as advertised and is of good quality. Colour not as burgundy as I thought but ok. Delivery was as expected and the chair assembled easily.

The gas lift of 7 inches is not sufficient height for an office desk. I purchased an 11 inch gas lift and installed it.

Great service - very quick - slight problem with item - they rectified this straight away - have bought before - will buy again - love my office furniture 😊
