We needed to ring twice after the chair was delivered to get missing parts, therefore 3 deliveries needed due to their mistakes.

Thank you for your review. Please accept my apologies as the char was delivered short of the parts. We were not aware of this until you called and did dispatch the same day for next day delivery. This problem has now been rectified as we had a batch of chairs in with missing parts. Please accept my apologies for this however I am pleased to see that the chair was excellent once you were able to put it together.

Quick efficient and good value, and easy assembly.
easy to order from however the courier damaged the item and did not inform anyone until it was too late,so had the day off and waited in all day for nothing
