Thank you for your review. We did communicate via telephone and by email that if you wanted to return the chairs then there would be a carriage charge of £35.00 and if you sent them via your own courier then the refund would be in full.

The service was excellent, the chair came ready assembled as requested and was delivered in 48 hours. The packaging was very secure meaning the chair was not damaged in transit.

Thank you for your review and I am pleased that you found the delivery and service to not be a problem. As discussed this is a deeply padded chair to add comfort although seems to be to much in your case. We would be happy for you to return this and re select to another model but understand that this seems to be not worth the hassle.
