Had to email twice before got a response. Was placing a big order and asked sales rep for a price, just dismissed me with price is what it says. Would look around next time for a better service.

Very disappointed with service received. Had to email twice for a delivery date. When looking at chairs and advising wanted to a place a bulk order what price could they do just got dismissed with price is what it says. Will look around next time.

Thank you for your review. I am quite disappointed with this as I can see you first email and our reply and then your second email stating you had not had a reply so we then called and also emailed you and you advised that you had found the first email in your junk folder. I am sorry we could not improve on the price but we do offer our very best prices and do not inflate them to then reduce them. I am sorry to hear you will look around next time but am sure that when you do you will see how competitive our prices are.

The chair came very quickly and was well packed. My husband said it was straightforward to assemble, although the tilting doesn't work so we'll have to have another look at the assembly!

Thank you for your review and I do wish that you had reported this to us rather than just giving the review as we would have dealt with this issue for you quickly and efficiently and replaced the product as it should not have arrived like this to you but understand that you have wished to keep it. With regards to the delivery we do state that deliveries are kerbside delivery as the product is sent via a national courier.
