Incredible customer service. I had a slight issue that was not of their doing amdit was resolved as quick as they possibly could. Along with that the follow ups were above and beyond. Highly recommend

many thanks for the review, glad you are happy with the chair, these are made to order, looking at the delivery date i can see this was delivered towards the end of the 10 day window but glad it was worth the wait.
The service was very quick and no complaints. However, there are warnings all over the place that you can't return the goods and you will get charged to send it back

many thanks for you review, this chair is made to order as it is upholstered in the colour of your choice, as it has only recently been made the foam will soften up over time but it has only recently been produced for you.
