Thank you for your review however I do not agree. We clearly state on the website that this is a made to order product and delivery is 10-15 days delivery from order as it is made to order. When you called we advised that it was in production and being upholstered and advised of the delivery date and it was delivered on the date we advised.

It would have been better if the price quoted at the point of request was the final price I paid. The final price turned out to be almost double what quoted when VAT plus delivery were added in.
Excellent service, chair arived before expected delivery date.

The process is always so easy and the equipment is delivered really promptly.
