I am really sorry to hear that you had a problem with your previous order. We do try our very best to ensure that all orders are dispatched on a next day service so it is really disappointing to hear that you have still not received the goods you paid for.
I have looked into this further and our dispatch have advised me that this order was sent out via Fedex and not by Royal Mail. The parcel is showing that it was delivered and signed for on 14.06.13 at 1.13pm signed for by K.Sabin.
Can I just confirm that it is order CMODL that is outstanding or could it possibly be an alternative order you have placed with us?
If it is an alternative order and you have not yet received it I can assure you that I will get a replacement order sent out immediately or refund the purchase in full.
