Have used in past with no problems - but this time they have declined my quidco transaction and so I won't be using them ever again! I'll also be warning my friends!

thank you for your feedback. I checked into why the Quidco cash back was declined and it seems you used a voucher offer that was sent through our exclusive emails.
We offer specific vouchers for Quidco members to use and we often give larger value vouchers that are exclusive to our customers who receive our email offers which is why the cash back was declined. I'm sure you weren't aware of that and can understand how frustrating that must have been. On this occasion I will make sure that I arrange for the cash back to be sent to you. You may need to check with Quidco just to make sure they add that to your account and if there is anything else I can help you with please don't hesitate to ask.
