When item does not perform as advertised and a request to change and replace it leads to excessive pree coditions befor any replacement given.
Still not exchanged.

When a faulty item is reported, we do ask for details about the issue so we can understand the fault, sometimes, we’re able to resolve it without needing a replacement. If a replacement is necessary, we also want to make sure it comes from a different batch to avoid the same problem happening again.
