After reading the negative responses, I want to add a common complaint. I asked NOT to receive contacts from nearby caring facilties, especially one location. I keep receiving calls for which I am not ready AND FROM THE ONE PLACE I ASKED NOT TO RECEIVE A CALL. Very disappointing.
Otherwise, the couple were helpful.
