After reading some of the feedback here I don't get it. I thought the whole purpose of the site was to gain as much info as possible to get the best possible outcome for your parents. I am a construction manager at a very hectic crazy busy successful company but bring on the emails and phone calls from companies contacted by this website. Every one is a learning experience. I am never too busy to field a call that may be the one to make my mom's life that much better.
