Fast and efficient, however I think the child window restrictors I purchased from amazon were superior to the ones purchased from their own website. One of the restrictor bolts was a very tight fit...
The service overall was very good, however as this was a business purchase I would have appreciated a cash receipt as confirmation of the purchase.

Hello Tom, Thank you for your feedback, it is appreciated as it gives us the opportunity to approach our carriers to discuss a way forward of stopping delays occurring in the future. We are really sorry that there has been a delay on the delivery, I have looked into this to see what happened, and it appears that the carriers attempted to deliver the order on the 24th, 25th, 26th and 30th of September, and have eventually managed to deliver it on 1st October. unfortunately I cannot ascertain why there was failed attempts on the first 4 occasions. We normally manage to deliver orders within a 2 -3 day period and on many occasions they arrive the very next day, so we would always advise contacting us on day 3 or 4 if an order hasn't arrived, we can then chase it up with the relevant carrier.
