Unfortunately with Royal Mail first class we only give estimated delivery dates as this is not a guaranteed delivery service. Due to the order being over the expected delivery date we have refunded your delivery charge. 

I also apologise for the amount of emails you have recicved from us. I have passed your email address to our marketing team to get you removed of the mailing list, so you should not receive them anymore. I am sorry for the inconvenience you've encountered with us on this occasion. I hope you will order with us again so we can provide with you with a better level of service.
