Speedy service. Did not receive the gold candles. Blue balloons were given ? Instead.

I cannot see any communication from you in regards to this order on our system. We do recommend that you contact us if you have any issues with your order so we can resolve it as soon as possible.

On this occasion we have refunded you for the candles that you did not receive. I hope this does not stop you from ordering with us in the future, as we would like to give you a better experience and level of service. I apologise for any inconvenience you faced with this order.

Photo download personal cards

Beautiful photo download cards. Bit expensive P&P. Had problems with the site getting so far creating own card & it returning to homepage therefore having to keep starting again BUT love the cards.
