Hi Christopher, we apologise for any delays in your transit, but your carrier were SMB and they had a large backlog in and out of their Perth depot. We gave you the contact details for SMB so you could track your vehicle as they were the carrier that was moving it.

Hi Bert, we apologise for the delays out of Perth caused by the sudden unexpected demand on the carrier that handles that leg. I have checked your job, but I cannot find any mention of what you mean by "wrong information provided", so I cannot help you there. I also see the vehicle has since been delivered.
