Staff were very friendly and helpful. Disappointing that the office on the wharf was closed that day where I was told to collect my tickets. It was also a shame that there were empty alcohol bottles...

My only negative comment would be regarding the greedy people who took 2 or 3 afternoon tea boxes leaving none for some
