Thank you for your feedback. We are currently working with the manufacturers to improve the assembly instructions so they are easier to follow. We are also currently working on making assembly videos to aid this process for the future. We are available on the phone should you need any assistance. There were many more products in the catalogue received with the ordered item than there were on line. Would have welcomed the choice. Service good. Instructions for assemly were a little difficult...

trampoline is great, put the cover has four holes in it, which is not good for keeping the rain off.

Thank you for your feedback. The holes on the trampoline covers are rain drainage holes so puddles do not form. The covers are primarily to protect from muck and leaves, but thank you for alerting us to this. We will work with the manufacturers to see if there is a better way around it.
