so you chose the wrong brand and bought a candy.
Basicly it's out of warranty, bring it back to the seller. Took an age to find a working phone number too. Listing unworking numbers on various websites and documents.

Poor Dryer
Dryer water container too flimsy and keeps dropping our when door opens so not a good choice I’m afraid
