We are very surprised and disappointed to hear that you were not satisfied with your trip. I imagine after walking from the beginning of the route, you were very used to following the the way-markings and as such the Holiday Pack was not as necessary for you. We do provide this to all our clients however. We hope that you were happy with the accommodation selected and that you enjoyed the walk regardless.
