Great communication
Very easy to search then book desired destination. We're not drivers and it's great to book these tours to see parts of our country with very nice and comfortable hotels to stay in.

Straight forward enough to book, impossible to actually secure a holiday, cancelled twice within a week, 2 different dates, now wary of booking again, I can't keep changing holiday dates within work...
