The staff at the Leeds bus station were brilliant and explained our coach holiday in detail. They are very friendly and polite.

Honest service when booking
Easy to do good customer service
Trip was applied by the food on the hotel came late and took two hours to serve in the entrance hall.
The food was not to the standers I expect from your trips

Horrible
Not enough time to pay off full holiday, plus hotel was scruffy and had dead flies in room and in sitting area

Booking was easy and no problems.
I didn't think you would need passport numbers, dates of births etc just to go to Belfast.
