Thank you for the feedback. The FishSpy is not designed to relay live video when it is underwater however. A WiFi signal will not travel through water. It is designed to record when underwater, you can then return to the surface and replay the video through the WiFi connection. If you are still having difficulty however please contact our customer service team and we will be happy to help with this.
