No direct experience
This is a bit odd the only contact with Businesscomparison was an acknolagement email. I was contacted later by Thinkbusiness who were extremely helpful.

They were helpful and found me a good deal for electricity supply but I haven't yet made the switch so can't say how good the new supplier is.
