Could do better

Communicate more with departments, the admin side are behind and sometimes totally unaware of what is going on. Our mortgage adviser was the only person we had to deal with, no one else was needed....

Unauthorised reduction

I discussed the sale price and agreed a selling limit of 165000 only to recieve an e mail with a sale price 15000 less? I am not impressed witj this error
